Day 349: Not Quite Hillbilly Handfishing

You'd be amazed at how well I was working the Tiki Stick.

When: Wednesday, April 25th, from 2pm to 2:30pm
Where: "The Mud Hole" in Nutley
What: Fishing, sans fishing rod
Weather: Mostly cloudy, 61 degrees, SW wind at 14mph
Barometric Pressure: 29.76in and steady
Relative Humidity: 27%
Moon: Waxing, 4 days after new
Water Conditions: Low and muddy

Never a dull moment in my life.

Once again, on Wednesday, time was not on my side. I left the office for an appointment and soon noticed that a pain in my mouth was getting worse. Since I was going to be in North Jersey and not too far from Dr. Fred, I called to see if he could take a look at it. So, I set a 2:45 appointment with Fred, had a 1pm appointment for work and had to squeeze fishing in between since I had an awards dinner after work and would not have any time.

I had a great meeting with Luisa, who then pointed me in the right direction as to where I could do some fishing.

I got to the spot with 7 minutes fudge time....when......

I realized the fishing reel I normally have in my trunk was on another rod at the house. The thought crossed my mind for a second to fish later on, but there was just no way.

I did, however, have a big spool of line and rather easily found a way to toss Tiki Sticks and work them quite well. I didn't get any bites, but who cares? I got my fishing in and was on my way to the dentist......

Who then told me I need to get a wisdom tooth pulled.

Oh well, off to pick-up my Penicyllin and then race to East Brunswick for a work dinner.

How many days left of this?
