Day 305: Perfect Timing

Lunchtime in Waldwick.
When: Monday, March 10th, from 12:15pm to 12:45pm
Where: White's Pond in Waldwick, Bergen County, NJ
What: Fishing with Tiki Sticks from the shore
Weather: Fair skies, 65 degrees, S wind at 7mph
Barometric Pressure: 30.20in and slowly falling
Moon: Waning, 4 days after full
Water Conditions: Partly stained

Timing is everything.

I wasn't quite sure where I was going to fish at lunch today and even more so, whether or not I would have the time. It turns out that my noon appointment in Ridgewood wasn't there, and since my lunch was in my car, I headed to nearby White's Pond in Waldwick Pond for lunch and a half-hour of fishing.

What made this even better was that by the time I was done fishing, my contact at that appointment called, had returned, and I headed right over. The meeting went well and I all was good.

On a side note, I'm exhausted. It's only 9:30pm and I feel like I'm in a coma. I have exactly two months left of fishing everyday, and while I'm still having fun, I can't wait for this to be over so I can go back to just fishing when I want.
