Day 292: Insanity

No fish, but I'm lucky I even got to squeeze in my 30 today.
When: Tuesday, February 28th, from 10:30pm
Where: Mindowaskin Pond in Westfield
What: Reluctantly night fishing
Weather: Overcast, 43 degrees, NW wind at 13mph
Barometric Pressure: 30.38in and steady
Moon: Waxing, just before first quarter
Water Conditions: Stained

Sorry for the delay. I'm a couple blogs in the hole right now, but I've still managed to go fishing every day.

Tuesday was INSANE.

It was my first day on new job, which I Lu-uv, and after work I headed to a meeting for New Jersey Chapter 22 of Muskies Inc.

I am now a proud member of Muskies Inc., Chapter 22 (MI22) I met a dozen guys last night who wanted to do nothing but talk about musky fishing and I'm totally frickin' stoked, but enough about that.

I was originally going to fish BEFORE work so I could make it to Denville for the MI22 meeting by 7:30pm, but as the clock passed 6 and I was still in the office, I realized that wasn't going to happen.

So, after having a blast at the meeting, I fished AFTER the meeting, when I got back to Garwood, at 10:30pm.

I didn't catch anything, but who cares? Last week was the most sensational week of fishing in my life and I'm just trying to get by right now doing the best I can at my new job while keeping my streak alive.

It may take me a bit to adjust, but I'm feeling good.

Also, I know it's been a tough week as far as "blog quality," but I can't explain how nuts things are right now. Tonight and tomorrow's blog aren't looking too promising either. Just sayin.
